House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
