Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent role to a Placed Houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Two-person role for couples
- Must reside on campus in student homes
- On-campus housing provided as part of compensation
