Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership for daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role is a two-person, legally married couple position that initially supports multiple homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, transitioning later to a single placed home with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Desire to lead students in devotions and Sunday Chapel
