House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents are a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team for on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. The role involves supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The schedule initially follows nine consecutive days on duty with three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. The position includes budgeting oversight, routine reporting, on-campus housing, and comprehensive benefits, including relocation support and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications and are required to be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. High school diploma or GED is required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected. Prior experience with youth and willingness to lead spiritual activities are important. Relocation assistance is provided.
