House Parents needed in a two-person, married-couple arrangement to live on campus in Union City, CA, and supervise a group of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include base salary per person of $44,768 (plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance), paid time off, and housing/meal benefits. Qualifications require youth experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and a two-year married partnership with both spouses aged 27 or older.
