House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and care, managing household routines, medications, transportation to activities, and coordinating development and devotional activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
