Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role while residing with the same group of students. The position includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with salary of $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proximity to on-campus housing on Hershey campus (relocation)
- Completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
