House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role also involves transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent in the same student home, with a focus on creating a structured, family-like environment that supports students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift to 50 lbs, and the commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. This is a two-person, on-campus role that emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and care for youth within a faith-based campus setting.
