House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a rotating schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Qualities include experience with youth, ability to lead spiritual activities, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. This is a two-spouse role; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
