Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and structured activities for a group of 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a placed Houseparent role in the same student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
