Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus Flex Houseparent role for married couples. Pregnant to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a student home, provide daily supervision, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; progression to a Placed Houseparent role with the same cohort. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; on-site housing and meals during duty outlined.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year minimum marriage requirement for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to reside on-campus in student homes
- Ability to undergo certification to drive student vans
- Placed Houseparent eligibility following initial period
