House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, relocating with responsibilities supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Must be a two-spouse, legally married couple aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to adhere to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits; compensation is $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple) plus housing, meals, utilities, and more.
