A two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School where married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
