Job Summary
Flex Houseparents are full-time, two-person roles for married couples who reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role over time. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
