House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents on a Milton Hershey School campus provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After an initial nine-on/three-off schedule, Houseparents may transition into a placed Houseparent role, living with the same student group in their own home. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus safety policies are required. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
