Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School residing in on-campus student homes to supervise ~813 students, provide care, guidance, mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation and comprehensive benefits.
