House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing on-campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
