House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (two-person, married-couple) live on campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide care, guidance, supervision, and structured daily routines for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off rotation, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
