Job Summary
Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing mentorship, overseeing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role alternates between nine days on, three days off, with transition to a Placed Houseparent where the same group of students is cared for in a dedicated home. Requires a two-person, legally married couple, with both spouses completing individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
