Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Valley View (on-campus student homes): a married couple residence-focused role for 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning/developing routine and recreational activities; responsibilities include overseeing household routines, budgeting/reporting, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, housing, meals on duty, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; applicants must complete individual employment applications for both spouses.
