House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus in student homes and providing care, supervision, guidance, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and paid training.
