Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School; full-time flex houseparents living on-campus in student homes, supervising 8–13 students, coordinating routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household budgeting/reporting. The role requires a two-person, married couple living arrangement, with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, and eventual placement in a fixed student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in devotions and religious services (proselytizing prohibited)
