Job Summary
Two-person married couple serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus to supervise and mentor a large group of students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and eventual placement with the same student home; relocation and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple
- Both spouses must be 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proselytizing prohibited in religious activities
