Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role providing daily supervision, mentorship and care for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from rotating duties to a fixed student-home placement. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
