House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor about 8–13 students, including daily routines, activities, devotions, transportation to activities, budgeting, and reporting. Initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement to a consistent student home; relocation may be provided. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life and disability options, retirement savings, paid time off, and training. Must be a legally married couple (both spouses age 27+) with a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to drive student vans. Religious service participation required (Judeo-Christian Chapel). Relocation assistance provided. For consideration, both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
