House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents needed for Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students. The role is a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent position for married couples, initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transitioning to a placed houseparent in a single student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and ensuring student wellness.
