Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus: married couples live in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, and drive students to activities. Responsibilities include planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning to a placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year minimum married status
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working with youth
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel (Judeo-Christian)
- Driver certification to drive student home vans
