Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person married couple will reside on campus in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, mentor, manage routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
