House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required: Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, supervise medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Initially, a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and more. Requires two-spouse, two-person team, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and experience with youth; willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA and live on campus; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with restricted alcohol on duty; completion of separate applications by both spouses.
