Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA (on-site housing provided) caring for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting and planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Desire to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
