Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time)—a two-person, married-couple role living on campus in a student home to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off shifts to a placed Houseparent assignment. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, on-campus housing and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; relocation assistance provided.

- Two-spouse, two-year marriage minimum
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Experience with youth volunteering/working preferred
- Ability to lead devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
