Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couple living on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a home-like environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications. Benefits include $44,768 per person salary (approx. $168k per couple total), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and paid training.
