House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, on-campus care role for married couples living in a student home to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement to live and work with the same group of students in their own home. Includes relocation, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
