Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School: a full-time Flex Houseparent position for married couples living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and collaborate as a two-person unit across consecutive nine-day/on, three-day/off schedules, with eventual transition to a stable home assignment. Relocation assistance is provided; benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement options, PTO, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, substance-free campus environment. Both spouses must complete individual applications.
