Job Summary
Married couples are hired to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, living with and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a fixed Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and two-year married status for both spouses; both spouses must be at least 27 years old and complete individual applications.
