Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement into a permanent same-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+.

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
