Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Hershey, PA, living in student homes and providing daily supervision, mentorship, transportation to activities, and guidance to a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and planning developmental and recreational activities. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same student home; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and complete individual applications for consideration.
