Job Summary
House Parents for married couples will reside on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent assignment with the same student group. Required Qualifications

- Two years married (legally married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
