Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in a college-like residential setting. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, development and recreation planning, and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for the role (married for at least two years)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and participating in Sunday Chapel
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role must be filled by a legally married couple
