House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for a married couple living in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home). Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a consistent Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with comprehensive health, retirement, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training.
