Job Summary
House Parents - couples live on campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving/transporting students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty with three days off, transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; position located on campus in Hershey, PA (on-site housing provided). For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
