House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple required to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
