House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (two-person, married couple) will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, serving as Flex Houseparents for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group.
