House Parents – a two-person, married-couple role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and household/student life support in campus-based homes. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent with a fixed student home. Requires on-campus living; relocation assistance provided. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two-year married status, age 27+, valid driver’s license, and experience with youth. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
