Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, and a two-year-married-spouse requirement with both spouses applying individually.
