House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples living on-campus in Hershey, PA, will supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, and provide care, guidance, and development support. Responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Initially, couples work a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same students.
