Job Summary
Pair of Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines, medications, and student schedules, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; requires two spouses to apply and be legally married.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
