Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School—a full-time, on-campus, two-person role for married couples. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medications, transportation to activities, and planning developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from a Flex placement to a fixed student-home placement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation is approximately $46,917 per person (about $180,000 total per couple) plus benefits and housing. Required Qualifications
