House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a Stable Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
