Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, alcohol-free environment. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
